Properties becoming 'detached'?

I am just wondering if this is just something happenning to me...

Sometimes Properties in a Quest Script become 'detached' somehow...

What I mean is, that if I click 'Properties' they are still there, and still defined to the correct target, but the game acts as though they were not. Added to this, if I CLICK on the relevant property, it changes to 'NONE', and the drop-down 'Pick Object' becomes: 'None, Commanding Action Persistence Form, Papyrus Persistance Form', and I have no way to change the object to my form.

I have to clear the value, and then use Auto-Fill; but even then the Game does not seem to recognise the property any more, even on a clean save...

It seems to only happen on Forms...

Has anyone else experienced this, or have an idea what might be causing it?

I've always seen those three options for Form properties. Not that I've ever managed to make it work ( I'm trying to use FindClosestReferenceOfType ) Was it different before? Have you managed to fix it somehow?
