The only notable thing about this room in the cave to the others is that its at an angle on the map/grid (so it's probably an easy fix of just rotating the whole room), but I was wondering if anyone did know anything more on this?
The problem is you took a corner tile and rotated it to make the room. Each tile set has a corner A B C and D. You need to use each of them to make a circular room, or ant time you need to use a corner. The tile sets were not made to be rotated unless you rotate the WHOLE level.
Yeah, it's called spider-webbing. You could just fix it on the grid, and after that, select it all and rotate it, off the grid. I used it a couple of times when I was making my dungeon.
EDIT: Nevermind. I feel stupid, I didn't notice that.
Actually that first picture looks like you accidently moved the tile piece. I've been doing it a lot. Simple turn snap to grid back on, set the grid references to a different tile piece (In the same room) then re-snap that corner piece. Though the second picture is just odd looking.
