Is there any way for someone like me, that has no clue 'bout scripts, to create a script that changes the NIF file when i sheath a weapon?
I want to create a 2nd faked sheath for my WIP sword...i simply added a 2nd sheath to my sword's NIF. So when it is sheathed i want to use a NIF that contains a model with sword in it, when i draw the sword i want it to use another NIF without sword in it - to keep the illusion of a working sheath alive (without draw animation of course).
So in fact i need a script that changes from NIF1 => NIF2 when drawn.
Optional a script would be nice that changes a shield's nif when blocking.
This is the first time i need a script, i spend most of my time modeling stuff so it wouldn't be worth the effort to learn the whole stuff just for one script...if there is an easy way to get it working i would appreciate it, no problem if it is too hard to do...then i'll just add an empty sheath without script
