Yep.. and I hope this thread will help someone. Only surprised that no one who read this knew what the answer was.. but whatever.

And for anyone who wants to know how I have different skins and bodies for different NPC's, check out this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=16668

He has done a lot of work on that and it's pretty cool if you want to have unique NPC's, followers, wives, etc.

http://www.gamesas.com/user/798103-nbtc971/, in your efforts, have you come accross a way to change bodies through script? or is this all just outside of the game? Specifically, I'm trying to find if there is a way to change the skeleton of my follower to one with no collision, then change it back. (I wish there was a simple 'toggle collision' for an actor, but I don't see that, so this is my current idea.)

I wouldn't know how to do that or if it's even possible which I'm not sure it is. Your best bet is to post a topic and get input from people with more experience than me.

So I had another clothes mod that wasn't showing the tattoo so I had to follow the same procedure, delete the ARMA, recreate it with the correct Texture set and blam. Didn't even have to edit the nif file so that's just a waste of time in case anyone was curious. As long as you have a skin defined in CK with the correct nif you want to use, that's all it takes.
