Disabling dragonsouls and playing animations via Scripts

Hi!

I've got two problems with the creation of new shouts at the moment.

The first one is related to the necessity of dragonsouls in order to learn a shout. Is there a command (So far we've tried addshout and equipshout) to add a new shout to the players inventory so I can test it straight away without killing dragons and absorbing their souls?
And, what would be even better, is there a way to completley disable the dragon souls? So far I guess they're hard-coded.

My second question is about playing animations. We wanted the player actor to carry out a special animation after casting a spell via Send Animation Event on the Player, but somehow the animations don't play at all. We wanted the Nocturnal rising - animation on the player. Is it possible to use animations for the player which were originally designed for a creature such as nocturnal (Even though she looks humanoid)?

Thanks in advance!
