There's a guy living out in the wilds somewhere near Riften. If you talk to him you get a series of quests that require you to kill the spirits of multiple animals. It would suit the OP.
Ive heard of this quest, must look for it, also, as i stated, there are two quest lines for the DB, one good, one evil.

Well, Im not a thief and I dont want to be in the DB. Thats pretty much my options to be around npcs with my skills. I want to be apart of a guild that is more nature based with the skills of bow, stealth, alchemy, light or no armor, without having to be a thief or assasin. There isnt an option for that. Also, being a Bosmer I find it hard to even have an excuse to be in Skyrim. One was to look into the rumor of Werewolves except you have to join the damn Companions.

Well my Bosmer left Valenwood years ago to explore Tamriel, first venturing to Hammerfell, then across to Cyrodiil, then to Black Marsh, then up into Morrowind, and now he finds himself in Skyrim, originally wanting to visit for it's vast wildlife and untouched tundras and caves, he has now been coiled up in Skooma dealing and thievery...

That's an amazingly short backstory on my Bosmer, now, I cant really see why you have a problem been a Ranger in Skyrim as a fellow Bosmer, you are what you are, The Companions will be blessed to have such a fine Archer, don't think of it as the Companions don't really have an Archer among them, doesn't mean to say they don't want one, just hadn't found one like you.....

As for the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood, fair enough if you don't wish to join them, you don't have to, but been a Bosmer in Skyrim isn't wrong...

You maybe should have wrote or thought up a backstory for your character before starting the game?
