That's what she said.
Haha. I see what you did there. No, honestly my highest leveled character is my werewolf male. Then my vampire female.

Im very much enjoying my vampire.
I made him especially to be a vampire mage and the third perk I got was necromage.
He is an Altmer with 150 base health and stamina, and the rest in magicka.
A very interesting way to play.

i'm wondering where you went, specifically, to get the vampirism?

on my DID run i, obviously, want to get it as early and easily as possible.

I got sweet mod that gives you like 3 or 4 days of pure awesome after you feed so you actually feel like a vampire
After that you are in second weak state with being very vurneable untill you feed on someone

mix that with vamp mod that gives you bottles to put blood in and you got supplies for half a month

Skyrim vampires just dont have logic
Vampires are supposed to be charming guys and very strong when they feed not weaklings who turn into some abomination [censored] after 4 days

How many hits does it take to become a vampire? I'm here in Haemar's Shame hoping to contract the disease. I'm literally standing here, healing my characters with restoration and letting a vampire thrall wail on me.

It always seems like this, if you don't want your character to catch a disease. If you do you won't.

i read that like a tootsipop commercial

"Mr. Turtle how many hits does it take to become a vampire?"

"I don't know, let's find out!"

"One!"
"Two!"
"Three"

I believe it was the Broken Fang cave, its somewhere on the plains west of Whiterun.

I tried playing as a Vamp but I can't do it. Only thing beneficial about being a Vampire is the added Frost Resistance and no Health Regen during the daytime.

That and Shriekwind Bastion are good places to get it early on.

Necromage perk. It enhances everything the game considers a spell effect on you. This means potions, enchants, shouts, even some perks.
A vampire illusionist is very powerful. A vampire necromage is probably the most powerful build in the game.

A small example:
My shield of Solitude gives 30% magic resistance and 35% increased block, thats what the item description says.
Until I equip it and the necromage comes in to play, because under active effects it says 37% magic resistance and 43% increased block.

Unfortunately they made Vamps overpowered as Mages and Under powered as Warriors, I play mostly warrior/enchanter perks but have high skill in Stealth, which is kinda pointless.

I'm a Thieves Guildmaster, but I have only like 2 stealth perks. Without any real Mage perks, being a vamp would only weaken my character.

I miss Morrowind where being a Vamp worked out well as a fighter
