well, hes sort of insane.

insane people cant be nice and loving? sheogorath has 3 personalities and only one of them seems to be nasty (and it is often over shadowed by the others)

Sort of? He's completely insane, so much so that I don't really consider him evil at all. Batman should throw him in Arkham with the rest of the nutjobs.

Now he only has one since the hero of Cyrodill and the current Sheogorath killed him.
On topic Meridia is a Daedra and vigilants don't like daedras even tho they would help them. Like someone said up top they are fanatics

Any Daedra, no matter how good they appear is inherintly evil. At least if you believe the teachings of the Eight become Nine become Eight again, or are still Nine whatever you prefer. Daedra worship is outlawed in most provinces and after the Oblivion crisis is even less popular. If the Vigilantes would suddenly say you can't worship any Daedra except for Meridia then the Orcs would want to worship Malacath freely, the Khajiit and Dunmer would want to worship Azura and the Dunmer would also want to worship Mephala and Boethiah probably.

Yup, thus my personal advice still is: if you encounter a daedra prince, run away screaming. Though my characters disagree on some of them, it's hard to pass up some of those artifacts... :liplick:

sheogorath really seems to care for pelagius, he seems to be a really nice and loving guy if you ask me

as long as he doesnt rip out your entrails and skip rope with them.

My character is "good" but wont shy away from completing the quests, and most certainly wont shy away from something that will help him immensely in dawnguard. Vigilants of Stendarr take it too far to say all daedra are evil. Daedra actually get involved with and sometimes help residents of tamriel. The 9 Divines are stuck up and dont help at all. If I need food, then kyne sends her spriggans to kill me for hunting for some food. Unless you are vegitarian, she is against humanoids IMO. I hunt with Hircine now.

She has a hate for undead which is all good, but during her quest she seems to not care if you live or not. She doesn't seem to care for others that much only caring that people worship her. She may seem a good person, but she is cold hearted and don't care much for others but herself.

I found her pretty cold during her quest, but how would you feel if a necromancer was reenacting souls in your chamber when you hate undead as much as she does? Although I would admit, she's inheritely evil and cares about no one but herself. Remember what Nelacar said:
"We're nothing to the Daedra"

Well, she gave Umaril her minions so they could slaughter priests in the Temples of the Nine Divines across Cyrodiil.

Well, being Daedra she is naturally against the Aedra, or at least the 9... Maybe if the priests weren't svck weaklings and were badass combat priests they wouldn't have been slaughtered like pigs.

The 9 are horribly boring anyways. What makes the Daedra fun is they actual DO things.
