The option to open up our own store, perhaps unlocked with a perk at 80 or 90 or 100 speechcraft skill, would have been the perfect way to unload all of the crap we acquire throughout our gameplay.
It would work as follows: Speak to the Jarl's steward in whatever hold you wish once you get the perk about buying property to turn into a store (or merchant stand). You would buy the property, and then select what type of store it was going to ie. Weaponry, Alchemy, Armor, Clothing, Jewelry, General Goods, or an Inn. Once you've chosen what type of store it was going to be, then you can furnish it and name it. After that, you would then have the option to hire one or two people to work there to handle the transactions because you're Dragonborn and you ain't got time to stand behind a counter all day.
The cool thing about it would be that the store would be stocked with inventory that you gathered. Whether you create a bunch of potions to stock the shelves with, or forge weapons and armor to stock the shelves, display cases, and mannequins with, your store would sell the things that you make or find out in the world, and you can set the prices for everything, or just go with a standard, pre-determined number like the other shops around the world. Then, at the end of every in-game week, you could go back to your store and collect the money that was earned. It would be a great way to manage inventory dump and an excellent way to make a lot of money.
