As part of a mod I'm working on, I'm decoupling enchantments from the player's magic skills, but I want to compensate for that by increasing the effect the enchantment skill has on the power of enchantments. I'm just wondering if anyone knows if this is governed by a global setting, or if I'll have to implement it via a hidden perk / custom enchantment keyword scheme?
Edit: In saying that, I may go the latter route anyways to not make modded effects not based on vanilla enchantments go wild...
