Exclusive rights to release DLC first on different platforms has happened before, and is not uncommon. I am not so opposed to this, since is is a common practice in the industry of gaming software, and will gladly purchase the DLC when it IS released for PS3. Some games have had PS3 exclusive 30 day release of content, then later released for other platforms. With Oblivian, there was content that was PC exclusive and still NEVER released for PS3.
A patch isn't really "game content", in my opinion. It is part of the software that I have already purchased. It is fixes/support to that software that the developer and publisher has already promised to us at the time of pruchase of the software.
I think the holding of the patch from the PS3 platform, while releasing it for PC and 360 is unjust. I also think that their silence/ non-communication to their PS3 customers is immoral and unjust bussiness practice, and should be looked at by a higher cunsumer authority.
