Does anyone know if he'll treat you better if you're blood-kin or an Orc?

Rat him out for what? Trying to follow up a debt?

Trying to kill you for advising a dude to take a job?

He sends people out to kill you if you don't pay the Stewards Debt. He sends 2-3 people at you I think.
Not a very nice guy...
I just intimidated him, and payed Half.

You should be able to rat him out to the Redoran guard, or pay the guard off to kill him.
You can do that?

See, he made one very fatal mistake. And that was to dishonor the Listener. What did I do, you ask? It's amazing what illusion magic can make people do, and how quickly it can cause a maddened Orc to be driven through by a small army of the Redoran Guard.

I chose the intimidate option when I talked to orc about the debt, he seemed pretty terrified and even cut the debt in half. Maybe later I should pay this scum a visit with a knife at his throat.

I told him to go to hell the first time he asked me the money.
Killed the scumbags he sent after me two times...then I got tired of him, went to the Dragon nest north, used bend will on the serpentine dragon that dwelled there and then frosted him and his bodyguard to death...

Felt pretty badass, townfolks were fleeing everywhere and guards were attacking me, but when I came back to Raven Rock nobody had noticed I was riding the beast eheheheh...

A question, if I may? How did you use Bend Will on the serpentine dragon? As far as I know, the dragon only spawns once and you kill it during the MQ. It's impossible to use Bend Will on said dragon prior to picking up the third word during the MQ. So... can you tell me how you did this please? Many people on here seem to be asking the same as me (for more serpentine dragons) after the MQ and it seems you know how?

I don't like killing off NPCs, so that wasn't an option. Nor was my Speech level high enough to intimidate him, but that option still felt awful on my other character. Why would you make a guy scared and still pay money? And the only other option to get the quest done was to act like a little girl and be like, "I'm so sorry, take the money!"... And I wasn't going to leave a quest in my log, unfinished forever. So I had to be the little girl, which frustrates me.

I found this quest to be dumb and annoying, as none of the possible options really suited my character or me at the time, I felt weak paying this guy even though I could have easily slit his throat, and you get no benefit from this quest. At all. NONE.

So generally... this Orc is worse than Nazeem, and I hate it. -.-

They spawn as random dragons on Solstheim.
First time I've been to Saering's Watch for the main quest, the word wall was guarded by an Ancient Dragon.
Then I went back there on my trip to a cave near the wall and a Serpentine Dragon was there, same when I went there to find a dragon to bend his will for orc-killing :P
