I'm a PS3 user myself, but the other consoles should not have to suffer due to Sony's arrogance. Heck, I don't even know if the service will be up by the end of May the rate at which things are going now. I've already decided that I will be purchasing the next Xbox instead of whatever Sony releases. Information was being stolen from Sony's network back in February, their security system was lacking, they removed a feature that made the PS3 a computer, and then they got pissed off at people who were pissed off for them removing it. Ridiculous.

The ability to use other OS like Linux and Firefox on PS3. Yes, this whole issue started over using the web with Linux :cryvaultboy:

If PS3 Has To Wait Then ALL Systems should have to wait. I believe it's only fair.

Who gives a [censored] if it's "fair", it's not fair to us PC and Xbox users if they delayed launch because PSN down. Life isn't fair my friend, and they shouldn't delay launch because you are not going be able to play the dlc when it comes out. We didn't cause this problem and we shouldn't be punished for it. I feel bad that PSN is down, but hey ship happens and you just gotta deal with it.

Almost 100% positive if your reads Bethesda's newsletter it said all platforms will receive the DLC at the same time.

Jason Bergman a Bethesda employee has stated on this site that it won't be holding back the dlc release due to psn being down. I always took it as meaning avialible at the same time and it technically is theres just no way to distribute it.
