Ah yeah, I remember that, I used the football gear on one character in FO3, that'd be a great resource to make some more variety in Legion armor as well, just a few tweaks, maybe some model editing and texturing and they'd make awesome legion armor.

Now thats something to canibalize! And that sewer grate looks neat. As someone who was unfortunate to had to lift such a thing I think it's more suited for super mutants, however it's quite definitly bullet proof.

So slow the player's movement to a crawl when using it. Nearly bulletproof, but almost completely immobile!

The signs would make better shields, a good cross between lightweight and protection.

Looks like someone actually made shields for NV, well it's a start
