I also have constant freezing, probably about every 30 mins or so. I have completed it but it took a lot of patience! They should hang there heads in shame releasing a game like this

Its pretty bad when over 90% of the people that own this game say it freezes constantly....Bethseda are you ever going to do something about this or you just going to lay back and laugh while the money comes in? Word of mouth spreads faster than anything and else and be sure to know that I have told everyone I know that has a PS/Xbox that your game does nothing but freeze. I can't even overtake Nelson w/ the NCR...everytime I try the game freezes.

WORST GAME I EVER PLAYED!!!

I downloaded a game for $1.99 and that game works better than this $59.99 P.O.S.

I have had a lot of problems with both fallout 3 and New Vegas but with my experience with the game I have discovered a way to cut down on the crashes. I have been playing the game , by that I mean at least three or four hours a day for about a month now; sometimes six or seven hours a day and have had the game crash ONCE.

DO NOT PAUSE THE GAME. I noticed that all the crashes occured after I left the game paused for short or even extended periods of time.

If you stop playing to go to the toilet perhaps just leave the game as it is or enter a building where there are no enemies. If you are doing something that may take a while save the game, exit and eject the disc(do not leave the disc in the ps3 as this may cause the game to crash when you start playing later).

As I have said before the game has only crashed once in a month and that is because I have not left the game paused. (Playing fallout 3 game of the year does not count because that f&*@er will crash no matter what)

It's now to the point when I take the game out of the box and go to put it in my ps3, the ps3 just shuts itself off to prevent me from taking my frustration out on it instead of this friggin game. 36-4 have had problems? Thats great business, maybe obsidian or bethesda or who ever will be able to get some bail out money like the other idiots who do not know a lick about customer satisfaction..Last game I buy from these jackholes.

mmm...so I go to the shop, I pay 60 euros for a game, I put it on the shelve and I start playing with it after 6 months when said game would be on sale at 15 euros?

Interesting concept.

Solid point!

I just finished the last quest today. Hooray!! Took me three days with constant freezing and reloads to pull that thing off. Funny thing that there is a credits screen rolling afterward. Now, who the h*ll would like their name in that? Guess they are all nicks or made-ups. Who the [censored] would put "participation in the development and realization of the title Fallout: New Vegas title" in their CV?

You probably shouldnt play it until its been fixed.. It'll ruin both your experience and your console.

to bad it won't be. just look at all the people still having problems with F3 GOTY.

That's how it was for me finishing Broken Steel in F3, completely ruined the experience.

Sorry guys - it's past time for some routine clean-up on this board. Let's try to keep the blowing off steam confined to one thread. (We don't generally allow duplicate threads - anywhere on this forum.) Please feel free to continue in http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1175465-this-is-ridiculous/page__st__40 thread. Thanks!
