Did you guys delete the DLC? I wouldn't since you can't get it back until PSN returns. Only thing I'd try would be deleting the game data utility, then re-installing it.
Other people are saying that starting a new game fixes the problem. If you start a new file, move around a bit and get the Sierra Madre message, then load one of your other files. You'll still get the warning about it being DLC related, but it should load.
