Freedom is just chaos, with better lighting. -- ALAN DEAN FOSTER

Chaos often breeds life, when order breeds habit. -- HENRY ADAMS

Chaos was the law of nature; Order was the dream of man. -- HENRY ADAMS

Either the Security forces are too facist or the resistance is too anarchy. Which is more dangerous?

I believe the best form of government is a republic. A charter (Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Decleration of Independence) made that can not be change and then vote on the people who are best able to govern by that charter for the people. We are a republic not a democracy as so many people believe. " A democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what's for dinner." Who knows maybe the Resistance is fighting to have a republic.

I know its the chaos theory :P

I agree with it though, even though things may appear to be following an order they are not. They are stuck in a chaotic cycle which happens to be following one path for a while. And hey, even if a single item may be following a set cycle what if that cycle itself is following another, more chaotic cycle. Then surely the items in the ordered cycle are in a chaotic cycle.

Everything is in chaos. Inevitable

I think your referring to the entropy effect.

After reading 1984 and Fareheit 451, I don't like the "order" as much as I like freedom...........

How did the rock get to that dirt. Where will the rock go in the coming days when the earth has exposed it to elements that will move it. Sure the rock itself is in a calm state. But the surroundings it is in are in a state of chaos.

This it true. The Appalachian mountains at one time were like the Rocky mountains, but over time (chaos) they were worn down.

Except doesn't a statement exist somewhere in that book that declares "but if you look closely enough, a pattern starts to emerge" or some other mumbo-jumbo like that? If you wanted to get really technical about it, then I suppose you could say that chaos is ruled by order and vice versa. One can't exist without the other, because without the other the former has no meaning. Chaos and order are intertwined with each other, with chaos eventually leading into order and order giving way to chaos.

You could say that in government order is a force to control chaos, but in nature or the created universe chaos is slowly destroying order. The entropy effect.

Disobedience is the true foundation of liberty. The obedient must be slaves.
~Henry David Thoreau~

The art of government is to make two-thirds of a nation pay all it possibly can pay for the benefit of the other third.
~Voltaire~

Where "goverment" put "security",it's very clear that there's a rich district in Ark and security is it's police state.

I am absolutely floored that Thomas Hobbes has not been brought into this conversation yet. In the Leviathan he demonstrates (or attempts to) how any civil structure, be it cruel, benevolent, or other, is better than the state of nature (chaos), for when we are within the state of nature life is "cruel, nasty, brutish and short".

Hobbes was just a counter-point though. What I really wanted to say is that there is no such thing as a permanent stage of chaos or stability. To reference an earlier example, there is little chaos in the structure of a rock, yet there was certainly chaos at some point of that rocks life.

With that in mind, allow me to line up my game-winning philosopher, and his quote:

"The only thing constant is change"
~Heracletus~

From every way I think of it, this is the only statement that will always prove itself correct.

Chaos is nature, human order is only chaos in disguise. We are a brutal and violent species with a history filled with death and destruction, the cause is not moral, not what is right or wrong, rather, the cause is emotion, what makes us human also makes us inhuman, without emotion, all that will exist is logic, with logic order may finally be established. We may want to feel emotion but without emotion we will not.

Remove what makes us human to restore order.

Remove human and we recive order.

"As long as there are man, there will be war."
-Albert einstein.

An alternitave is that all of humanity bows down to me and swear their life to me, with my order of the illuminati. I assume dictator power and rule with a depositism. As gobal dictator the worl becomes a police state filled with the greatist militarys in the world, anyone who apposes order and my will, shall be destroyed.
