well that's the problem brink doesn't have dedicated servers. It's just one of the random schlubbs gets designated as the host. It doesn't matter if they have 356k dial up or 40 Meg fiber optic. If you're going to have a game without dedicated servers than you damned as well better have some sort of lobby system so that guys who have the down speed to host can host the matches.
