I'm not velified or whatever it's called I can "sometimes" get in the gate by giving the guy 100 bucks and then sometimes he attacks me..

I can walk all the way through, but where Eddie is, they all attack me. One time I managed to run up quickly and talk with him before they all engage, but useless when they just attack after

I had that "truse" thing from the guy in t he main door

I'm quite new so haven't had much interaction, a couple hours in, level 6

I've gone in different times of the day

I've loaded different areas and come back

It seems nothing I can do lets me get the quests from eddie (I got frustrated and killed them all now, but I can reload)

Why do they always attack me! How can I get these darn quests

Did you kill Cobb as that doesn't sit well with the Grangers.

Also did you visit any of their camps without the Grangers uniform on they will turn hostile if you do that.

If you can, do that again and try this: talk to him, then after conversation when you were given quest, run away. If they shoot at you, just ignore them, do not fire back.
When out of prison and safe, do the quest.
Try to get to Eddie again.
Continue with the quest.
Just remember, do not shoot back.
Eventually your reputation with them might reset. But I do not guarantee anything.

Btw: You can also use stealthboys to get to Eddie safely.

All these faction relations seems to be strange, perhaps even bugged.

You could also help out the Powder Grangers in N or in the one V with the Fire Geckos. If you do those quests you could gain rep with them.

there is an agression glitch and you dont even have to kill a single member of a faction for the faction to turn on you.

I found a load of those early quests seem buggy... On my third character now and I am yet to succesfully engage NCR to do anything about the prison other than mention it's existence....

They were hostile to me too but still I could get in to facility without been shot at.

When you wear a faction's armor most people in the faction will treat you as one of their own. HOWEVER, in their MAIN BASES (and sometimes elsewhere) there are always people who can identify you as an infiltrator. When they identify you they are likely to turn hostile. Also, any crimes you commit against a faction while wearing their armor will still have a negative impact on your reputation with the faction.

Wearing a faction's armor is good if you need to sneak into an outpost or by some sentries. It can also let you build rep with the faction if you have a negative rep because usually the low level quest givers can't see through your disguise.

there IS a solution to this dude but the quest line is so [censored] bugged it wont help

Solution

Start the game, run straight to the ncr prison and talk to eddie, do 2 quests so you get the quest to talk to primm about ncr attack, then you go back... do goodsprings.... walk to primm.....do primm.... then do the last quest and betray the powder gangers

OR

Start the game, do goodsprings,get vilified by powdergangers, run into ncr prison and kill everyone... and i mean everyone besides Eddie.. personal guards, scrambler, hanningan and so on.. then run away and rest for 6hours... then put on powdergangers costume and now you can talk to eddie and do the quest line "he cannot see the "real" you"

BUT

Questline is superbugged.
If you havent saved mayers before the attack he will be bugged and cannot be saved.
the attack and the quest will complete ok but the game will not register it so you will "fail" even if you win.

Ending will say you failed and radio will say you failed :\
