I'd love some sort of desert armor. I don't use PA on my main character, but it would still be pretty cool.

There'll probably be more than one kind you can get your hands on; since it's the West Coast the NCR and BoS both will no doubt have suits of T-51b and whatever models the Enclave used during Fallout 2. The T-45d model will probably be included as well since it was in use before the T-51b.

There will be T51b power armour. The Western BoS' main armour like in the original fallouts. Don't know if we have other types or customizable PA. Would be good to have http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Hardened_Power_Armor.

Other types I want http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Advanced_Power_Armor_(Fallout_2) and http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Advanced_Power_Armor_Mk_II_(Fallout_2) back not "Enclave PA."

Winter T51b was a joke, can't get destroyed. I am happy Damage Threshold is back.

I'm hoping we don't have any unique "neon power armour" that would be vegasy with coloured neon lights all over. That would be silly.

I think there will definitely be more than one set, but I hope it's rare. Seeing as DT has returned, I imagine that power armour will be much more powerful (I actually hope it's 'overpowered'), and having it be common would make it less special than it could be.

In any case, I hope for a few sets of T-51b (confirmed), an Advanced Power Armour (Enclave stuff) and maybe a unique style that we haven't seen before.

Why not? Having silly elements that aren't forced on us really add to the game, especially if we want them too.

I don't mind the occasional sillyness, but not on power armor. It just seems too menacing and almighty to decorate with happy flashing lights. :P

Have the enclave even been confirmed to be part of this game at all? 'Cos if not I have my doubts they'll include their epic old armour. Maybe it'll an easter egg.

Agreed, but it would be fun for a bit, and be a cool trophy.

I don't think they'll be in the game as a faction, but like I said in another thread, maybe we can find an abandoned base where we get the armor :)

Plus the NCR and BoS are bound to have some suits of Advanced Power Armour from the events in FO2.

I don't see the NCR wearing power armor. Their elite guys are wearing that desert armor with the gas mask. One advantage the BoS has on everyone is a monopoly on power armor.

T-51b and Birdman Enclave would be cool. I'm interested in seeing if they do something original, though.

Also, I voted for everything because it was multi-choice and I'm a bad man.

True but it doesn't rule out the possibility that the NCR doesn't use PA either in other capacities, like heavy shock troops; but if they don't, lacking the knowledge and or infrastructure to maintain the suits, I don't see why they wouldn't have suits on hand to study.

They havent been confirmed, and I dont want them to be a big faction, but I hope we'll see a settlement of ex-enclave soliders, and if we do a quest for them we can get their original armor.

No dude, you were wrong lol. It IS their. :P

"Their elite guys are wearing that desert armor with the gas mask." makes sense.

"They're elite guys are wearing that desert armor with the gas mask." does not.

As they're is an abbreviation of They are, it does not make sense. :P

Sorry 'bout being a grammar nazi.

But "They're elite guys that are wearing that desert armor with the gas mask." makes sense. "Elite guys are wearing that desert armor with the gas mask" doesn't sound very grammatically correct.

Now enough with the grammar, and more with the skullcrushing in our T-51b Power Armors. :disguise:
