power armour,i want to use

hey,this has probably been asked but i couldnt find it,how do i get to use power armour,i know it will be to do with brotherhood of steel....do i have to finish all related quests or just some,or is there a totally un-related way to aquire the ability....thanks

You can get it sooner if you

replace the Elder with Head Paladin, but you wouldn't get a peaceful solution between them and NCR


Or you can find the Remnant to teach you.
