Rangers will lose when the area is small and confined...

:) I'm just kinda relieved that there is something that will beat Rangers. However, they're still pretty powerful compared to the others.

EDIT: 10 v 10 in the first 2 rounds.

NICE. Slow mo is super epic dude. Vets won and the Protections won so it was pretty even. The vets put up a pretty good fight though.

Thanks, vets are good at nearly everything unless they get stuck in a corner. If you've ever tried vats with a sniper at close range it usually misses. (At least for me)

And your point is? - Plus, the video wasn't there to only prove that so called "specialists" would win in close quarters. Rangers are known to beat everything/anything.

Have you seen Rangers vs Centurions? Lots of close spaces. Melee specialists. Rangers still win.

In case you haven't noticed - Veteran Rangers have 100 at unarmed, there's a chance of them picking up a praetorian weapon.

Oh and Praetorians use unarmed weapons, not melee - Ballistic fists.

My point is it's more of a "duh! moment" that the Praetorians had an advantage in close quarters. A Vet isn't going to pick up a unarmed weapon over his sniper due to game mechanics so he's at a disadvantage. I'm not angry they lost or anything I'm just saying it was pretty obvious.

Also way to be a smart ass I know they were using Ballistic fists.

Is it just me, or do the Praetorians all look like young gay punk stockbrokers at a Roman LARP festival? My disbelief is really heavy and difficult to suspend, when those dudes come into the picture :wink:

Hmm, Praetorians were supposed to use Centurion armor, eh? Since I have Centurions using modified Legate armor (statistically the same as Cent armor), perhaps I will give Praetorians modified Cent armor.
