Depends where you pre order it from really it could come before the release date, on it, or after it.

Game have a history of people recieving their products before the release date. So it should come on the 21st.

Ahh that's good my friends got it from HMV for the free t-shirt but hopefully there will come on the 22nd or later then i can be like haha and spoil some of story for them o_0
