Well i Pre-Ordered the collectors edition from CD-Universe and on the 19th i got an email saying it was put on backorder because the didnt have enough
Now with somthing like a Collectors edition id expect them to have all theyd need prior to release so was there an error and they shouldnt have sold as many as they did and im out of luck or will i get the CE? and considering i was only buying it before the GOTY comes out (whenver that ill be) because it was the Collectors edition im worried it was a waste finding a site that was still taking pre orders.

Edit: Forgot to ask when(and if) they would ship it out since the backorder says it would be canceled Dec 3rd

You'll get the CE.
They're still produced months after the release.

I also had one pre-ordered from CD Universe (as well as Best Buy), & got the same thing. Yes, I had 2 preorders
& both of them were backordered. Gamestop seems to have them in stock right now, though (they're generally
pretty good about taking items off the site completely if they can't fill the order). I've just ordered one & cancelled
the others. Good luck!
