Any chance of it becoming available in the XBL marketplace? I ask since it has happened (with other games not necessarily Bethesda) in the past and would love to get the other packs.

You can get it all in the vanilla game.

I'm not sure but I thought you got it when you started your game. I don't know for sure though because I haven't been able to site down and play my copy due to work and a 3 year old running around.
