i assume all preorder copies ship with a redeemable code for the anarchy edition - which answers the question if true - but if players only want some of the exclusives, where does that leave us? i ask because i'm not a fan of the rat rod buggy and i'm unclear on how the upgrade will work. is it a default replacement for the standard buggy or is it just an extra option when you finally get your hands on one?

Dunno - this kind of promotion pisses me off - maybe it'll be included in later DLC.
