Considering my previous thread was locked about my rant on the game being broken, I would like a moderator to send me the details on where I could actually get in contact with customer services or send me to a correct thread regarding refunds and fair trade.

I am a paying customer and I have a faulty product, you cannot simply dismiss a customers concerns. Please direct me to your customer services.

Yeah, you can't just start a new topic to complain about your last topic being locked. That is what the PM system is for.
