I have done the quest "My Kind of Town" and have played through at least 12 in-game days only to come back and find that Primm and all it's casinos are still abandoned. Yet, I am told by several others that they're town and casinos are completely up and running after completing the quest and waiting 3 days. Why is mine not? Is this a glitch in my game or what?
