When I logged on yesterday to Steam I noticed a patch installed. I then started the game and almost immediately started experiencing a problem. I was in sneak mode which I stay in most of the time and hit the tab key to bring up my pitboy 3000. The tab key didn't work to bring it up and then I noticed that if I went into 3rd person view by hitting the F key, that when I tried to move forward, my legs didn't move and it looked like I was being dragged. I had not been having any problems with the game other than an occassional crase until I this patch.
