I am currently unable to finish the quest, I made the alliance between the Great Khans and NCR, and the "Return to Moore with the news of the alliance..etc" step is complete. However when i go to Moore to initiate the conversation, it zooms in on her as if dialogue is about to start, but then zooms back out without any speech options or the chat box shown at all. I cant get an old save since I held off that part of the quest for so long, but now when I have decided to do it, I have this error :banghead:

If anyone has any tips or help, I would very much appreciate it.
