I have problem when completed quest embassy,when night came on,i been charged i am blood vampire,and all people in every town and village attaks me,i cant do questions that coming next,can someone help me with this problem?

You need to feed to reduce your vampirism stage, stay out of towns until night falls, sneak into a house or inn and feed upon a sleeping person to reduce your vampirism stage. It will reduce the level of vampirism and stop people from being hostile towards you, it will not however cure your vampirism there is a separate quest to deal with that.
