Not sure if all these details are required but, here goes: ED-E was my companion since the very start of the game, later I acquired Boone and had them both with me. I got to a point in the ED-E My Love quest where I had the option to take him to BoS or Followers of the Apocalypse. I did not complete this part of the mission but instead chose to work on other quests, etc. I decided to work on some of the challenges (Limberjack, etc.) and told ED-E and Boone to wait in my motel room in Novac as they were taking many of the kills. After "X" amount of time, a message popped up for each saying they returned ot Primm and Novac (respectively). I continued working on things solo for a while and then went to get Boone again and recruited him with no problem. When I got to Primm, after entering the "Nash Residence," ED-E became hostle towards everyone and eventually got destroyed between Nash and Boone shooting at him (and thus failing the ED-E My Love quest.) I reloaded the game and tried getting ED-E without Boone in my party, and the same thing happened. I tried restarting the game, clearing the cache (from the dashboard, and by holding the bumpers and X button while loading) and still he is hostile. Was wondering if anyone knew a way to "fix" this or what was causing it. Not looking for a "reload older save" fix, but something I can do now (if there is anything) or just to bring it up so it perhaps can be fixed with a patch update (xbox 360).
