im sure this is going to help with the lag for people playing by themselves but it seems like it is going to be really hard to get into a game with a couple of friends if you can only have a max of 4 on a team since you have to join a game that is already running

When you are playing in a multiplayer session press start and go to the player stats... then you can press on a player and invite to fireteam... you will stay with your fireteam at your session

you have to join a game first then invite them or they can join your session in progress from the blade. they should automatically join your fireteam.

there is no way to party up before getting in a game which will make it nearly impossible to get 4 total friends in a public game because the game would have to be empty
