I recently realized that my powers (shadow stone, spectral assassin, e.t.c) didn't work but I ignored that until I tried to become a vampire lord now I can't continue the story I am stuck trying to become a vampire lord. When I click on the powers it shows that they are active but nothing happens.

If you have Kinect turned on, you must hit both Left and Right bumper buttons at the same time to activate a power.
