Are you trying to load all your mods or just the Skyrim ESM?

CCNA: just the Skyrim ESM.

EDIT: Moreover, a lot of french people have got the same problem as mine. And we do not have the "Yes to all" button....

I got those that too. I selected Yes To All and the CK came up.

If you don't have the button you'll have to Okay through all the messages.

Yeah wth? You'd have thought they'd resolve these issues before release. I deleted all my mods and am still getting the master file error. Sigh.

If you don't have "Yes to all", just press "Cancel". It does the same thing.

If you change your language (slanguage=YOURLANGUAGE) in the SkyrimEditor.ini (under general) then the game will load the appropriate strings.

Errors like these are REALLY common with the Construction Sets, don't worry about it, you'll get used to it.

Edit: Although in this case, there seems to be an easy fix.

It's a false alarm over an item like DefaultPotion that has no name. Don't worry about it.

Open up SkyrimEditor.ini form the main game folder, and in the [General] section add "sLanguage=yourlang" line, replacing yourlang with you language in upper case.
It worked for me, but new errors with diacritics appear, so if your language uses non-standard English letters, you may have the same problem as me.

The "more errors" are related to characters in names and words not being able to load correctly, and are infact less harmful than the localization errors you were seeing before. At least the game's texts will show in your native language and be easier for you to mod.

If it will produce more errors on your language version, you can still revert by removing that line.

when i load skyrim.esm i get this warning:

"MASTERFILE: NavmeshInfo 00028e37 has no parent space, ignorning

'Yes to all' will disable all Warnings for this context."

should i just 'yes to all' this one as well?

Same here. >.< My gut tells me that it's just the program being finicky, but I want to be sure before I start doing anything in the CK.

It really bugs me that literally opening up the CK will cause error messages to pop up and they let it go out like that.
