I know it involves the use of console commands, I've tried many of the different ways to do so.

But here's the problem: most of them require the current spouse to die, the one I married was in the game via an addon, which I deleted prior to trying this, so she is no longer part of the game, but it still recognizes me as married.

The closest I got with google searching is getting the marriable NPCs to recognize that I'm wearing the amulet of mara, but no dialogue option to marry them, any help would be greatly appreciated. :/
