Problem with Raul! ~ Some one help me find~ : Fallout: New Vegas

Hey guys, I was up at the black mountin and I finished the crazy,crazy,crazy.

I noticed the prison house and I wanted to let raul out.

But I can't find the key.

Anyone help me please?

Yes, But neil died.

I killed the Nightkin that was needed to kill.

I assume you mean Tabitha. She should have the keys on her body.

Yes and I picked up both.

I then went into the prison and It says I can not unlock the door.

In the prison building there are two terminals. Read all the files on the unencypted terminal, which gives tyou the password to the second terminal, which unlocks Raul's cell. This method worls whether or not you've dealt with Tabitha.
