My Problems In NV

Dennis Crocker is gone. Ranger Grant is gone. So is Colonel Moore. LOOKED EVERYWHERE. Did research I guess those 3 characters can disappear forever...Which leaves me to not beating the game with the NCR...MY GOAL.

Now where the hell is a patch to fix this....
