Hello. I'm trying to put some stuff from http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18566 into my housemod, and I've run into two problems when trying to add (as Furniture) a chair and a table with a bench (2 sit slots):

1) The chair doesn't allow me to choose the marker entry points, so a character will always clip towards the nearby table when he gets up because he always tries to get up from the central point. Funny is that the entry points ARE there (I see them every time I deactivate/activate the Active Marker), but they last less than a second until they dissapear...

2) The bench doesn't allow me to sit there. When activated, the cam just turns into 3rd person for a few seconds while my character just stands still, then returns to normal without sitting.

The second one sounds similar to an issue I was having with a wood chopping block. I would place a piece of wood in 3rd person, then the animation would just stop.

Fixed by entering/exiting the interior area in game.

I've tried it, and it still doesn't work....

OK, I'm stupid. The reason I had the first issue was because I didn't took the sweet time to just leave selected the Active Marker, and just double-clicked on it quickly... ??U Well, that one is fixed already.

Any hints on the 2nd one?
