How can i recluting Victor? I've just start the game, and after the battle against the Powder Gang, i have just reapair Victor, but he isn't interested to come with me.

As far as I know, you CANNOT recruit or 'Reclute" Victor... Sorry. ED-E's just a little run away in though if you want a robot partner.

No, no, no, Obsidian has confirmed who Victor is one of the official Companions, maybe a Supermutant during the quest in Black Mountaine. But Victor no.

I dunno then... In my game he just stands outside the Lucky 38 (and inside and upstairs and, and...) operating the elevators... If he's actually a companion and not just some false wiki information then I'm surprised... I certainly haven't had the option.

There are parts in the game where you run into Victor and he is willing to "travel" with you for stretches until a certain part in the Main Quest.

Seriously?

Victor is not a companion. If you recall, he wasn't in the Bethesda Blog post that showcased all of the companions.
