Could a health option be added that still has HP leveling but has a lower player endurance factor? Like instead of 20 * END + 5/level, it's 10 * END + 5/level?

The problem with double-rate tag skills is that the cap is not 200 like it was in Fallout 1 and 2. Therefore, it fills up real fast.

EDIT: Nevermind, the new MCM features solved the HP problem. :D

Not if you use one of the esps http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38541 and then start a new game, and you'll find that it does not unbalance the game and instead just adds more weight to tag skills. Using the hardcoe module, I get 7 skill points per level with 7 intelligence, and then tag skills go up by 14 because of double-rate. So basically, you end up with less skill points except specialization is increased at a basically normal rate.

I might add that a similar option for the rebalance module would be awesome. You already added perk per level options, so I think skill point amounts and tag skill options would be the next step.
