Is there any way that a PS3 Skyrim command console could be offered as a DLC? I'd like to change some of my character's basic attributes, but after 100+ hours of saved gameplay I don't want to have to start from scratch.

This probably isn't going to happen, but never say never I suppose..
However, playing the game from multiple character types can be fun, I'd suggest trying it.

The command prompt is built into computers and has been for awhile. Because of that, of games can have consoles to type commands into.
The xbox and PS3 are not fully functioning computers and were not designed with a command prompt. You should leave the command prompt idea on playstations forum and maybe it will be on the next gen consoles.
