I'm playing Skyrim on the PS3 and i really like the way the Psijic robes look, but i can't find them anywhere... tried of looking... so if anyone can please tell me where to find them that would be awesome!

I don't think you can get them, unless your on PC. The pjsic who waits in the tavern in Winterhold seems not pickpocketable.

You can't unless you are on PC, also the robes are one size so if you aren't a big character it will fit you like a snuggie. My waif of a mage didn't look good in them BUT the gloves are way better than thalmor gloves

You can't get them on the console, so you'll just have to resort to a similar looking set of clothing. The master robes or thalmor robes are closest I believe.
