Just wondering, did something happen to shut off DM for PS3 because it is still not up for me even though the PSN and store is back up now?

It's up for me, usually when I want to buy add-ons I just search "fallout" and it's there. Other than searching error... No idea.

Un-install the most recent patch, download Dead Money again, and then install recent patch again. That should work.

i tried that i didn't work (well it did but it auto completed and i could not do anything but walk around in there) so now i am gonna try to re-download and since i pre-patched they should work (i'm not doing anything with the mercenary pack

The PSN store being up shouldn't even affect Dead Money, if you bought it before it went down that is. If you did buy it just recently then you're having the same problem a bunch of people are having with Honest Hearts. It might because the network is sort of messed up once it came back up, due to so many people getting on the store once they heard the news.

i did get Dead Money sometime before PSN went down so i cant figure out what's going one, and Honest Hearts just is not showing up it will download and install.

so if what i'm trying to do does not work i'll just keep playing on an unpatched version of the game.

Its a glitch with HH downloading from the store it seems to mess with any other new vegas dlc too the fix so far has been to delete the patch and all dlc then install the patch and then all your dlc.

Try searching again, but for "Honest Hearts" like I did. Upon further examination I conducted today, I found out that you need to go to Playstation Store>New Releases>New Add-Ons, then it should be somewhere on the third or fourth row.
