[Build] Psychic Rogue

I have chronic restart-itis. I'm not sure why, I've created back stories, restrictions, no fast traveling.. I always end up getting bored and starting fresh. SO, here we go again! I'm a little more optimistic about this build, because it's adding something new I never really used before: Magic! I messed around with Conjuration for a little bit, but having minions do your dirty work for you gets tiresome. Most of my characters use Restoration, but that's not very interesting. Anyways, here's my newest creation: The Psychic Rogue.

The game play in general will be that of a thief. I'll be doing thieve's guild quests (again) along with the Dark Brotherhood. Anything that's not nailed to the ground I'm stealing. The twist is that I'm going heavy Illusion and wielding a one handed sword-- but totally unarmored. I'm going to try to keep enemies at bay using calm, frenzy, fear, and so on-- killing one enemy at a time. The only crafting I'm going to take will be 2 points in Smithing for Arcane Blacksmith, and Enchanting.

Here's my big question: When you "fear" enemies (or Frenzy them), does hitting them break the effect of the spell? I would love to go totally unarmored for this build, but it would require almost constant CC on Master as I'd be 1-shot otherwise.

It will break the Calm effect, not Fear (at least it doesn't with Turn Undead, which works the same way I believe), but Frenzied opponents will attack you just like anyone else. It is best cast from sneak and with silent casting. Before you have access to that perk, just ensure you cast it on the farthest enemy from you. They should engage any other enemies in the area first. Swap to Calm or Fear right after as they will come for you next. Ensure that you have a good grasp on the rough levels of your enemies as you will get smoked if you single-cast Frenzy or Fear on an opponent that is too high of a level. If there was any doubt in my mind, I would dual-cast it.
