Lakeview manor (hearthfire) armory wing built

I remove all armors in the 5 armory maniquins
I go to the cellar
I come back, maniquins are still empty

I go out to Skyrim on the patio
I come back
Maniquins now have some respawbed piece of armor

detailed description (maniquins are named based on what they used to wear before I 'undressed' them)

iron armor maniquin (got back his chest armor and some other pieces)
plated steel armor (got back almost everything)
steell armor maniqui (got back most of his gear, but always get back fur gloves and refuse to equip nordic steel gautlets)
imperial armor (got back almost everything)
elven armor (got back only elven boots)

now I would expect them to have no armor at all !!!
so I can redocorate my home, yes ?
I want to reorganize everything, but this bug is wrecking my game and preventing me from using my home properly
specificaly I want to move imperial gear to proudspire, elven gear to another manor
and reorder iron-steel-plated steel-ebony-ancient nord in the armory
right now I'm stuck

someone said this has to do with cells not resseting properly

SUGGESTION

could the alchemy skill produce potions with appropriate models, more similar to what get sold by merchant
seems all I produce is always the same plain small red bottle. except for poison who get the plain green bottle
wouldn't it have made more sense if the player was producing potions with the same stats that the vendor potions have, to prevent exploits ?
