The side quest "purity" for the companions has a multitude of glitches associated with it. Such as companions disappearing... However I have a different issue. Obviously I play on the 360 version and I have looked at many forums but no answer is present. The issue is my Witches heads are listed as a quest item thus undetected by the NPCs thus I can never get the purity quest from Vilkas or Farkas. The only answer I found which is to return to the Coven of the Glenmori witches doesn't seem to work.

Is there going to be any patch for this or is there any solution anyone has found to this issue? I am really sick of the werewolf thing especially with the new DLC approaching that appears vampire themed. Thanks for any help in advance.
