I am trying to do this quest with the Legion. I had to place a bomb on the Monorail at Camp McCarran. I did that. It then said to get off the train and watch it depart. Except it isn't doing that. I tried waiting, didn't work. I talked to the spy and he said to talk to Hsu about Crenshaw but no dialogue shows up to tell Hsu.



How do i solve this?
