I'm trying to complete the quest I Put a Spell on You but I have encountered a major problem. Once you are prompted to speak to Lt. Carrie Boyd at Camp McCarran to get her access code to the Comm Tower, I went to the interrogation room as told to by the map marker. However she was stuck inside the interrogation room with no way of me getting in to speak to her as the door was locked and said it required a key. Another instance where I played my save days later I approached the glass partition in the interrogation room and I was somehow pulled onto the other side of the interrogation room where I was able to speak to Carrie but I couldn't leave the room and was trapped. I then had no choice but to re-load my save. Has anyone else had this issue and will it be fixed in an upcoming patch?
