Hi!

I am trying to uncover who sneaks up into the control tower on McNamara Field, but Curtis won't move into the tower, he just stands infront of it all day every day,I read on the vault that that happens if you qicksave and reload but I saved inside the McNamarra main building and didn't quicksave/reload infront of the tower. Is there any way to make him move or to continue the quest to the next step?

I found if your anywhere in his detection range, he wont go into the tower because hes doesn't want to be spotted. He goes to the tower at approx 1 am. You can go outside, and go far from the tower, observe it through your sniper scope. If you advance time to 1 am, he will come out eventually and go in the tower. If he doesn't, well, either your bugged or you did something to alert him. Id go to an earlier save if he still doesn't go in with you not in his detection range.
